Therahaus
The Connections Clinic
Where Life's Seasons Become
Invitations for Growth
A Note From My Heart
I founded TheraHaus with a vision of creating a therapy practice that feels modern, authentic, and deeply human. I wanted a space where people could feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported without judgment.
Connection is the heart of everything I do. I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel safe enough to show up as their true selves and know they are accepted exactly where they are.
By offering virtual therapy, I strive to make mental health care more accessible while maintaining the personal connection that makes therapy effective. TheraHaus was created to be more than a therapy practice—it was created to be a place where healing, growth, and authentic connection can thrive.

Connection Goes Both Ways
A Lil Self-Disclosure
My interest in relationships didn't start in a textbook, it started at home.
Growing up, I experienced a brief significant relationship conflict. During my transition to middle school, it feel as though my sense of security disappeared and the foundation beneath me cracked. I was carrying emotions I didn't have words for and trying to make sense of something that felt bigger than me. Looking back, the right support could have made a world of difference, and that became part of my why.
What I also witnessed was the possibility of repair. I saw firsthand that relationships can face immense challenges and still find a path toward healing, connection, and growth. That experience shaped the way I see people and the way I approach this work.
That experience sparked my passion for relationships in all forms —the relationship we have with ourselves, our families, friends, partners, and even the people we work alongside every day. I believe that with the right tools, support, and willingness to grow, we can build healthier relationships and stronger communities. I feel called to help bridge the gaps that form when disconnection, hurt, or misunderstanding take over. More than anything, I'm passionate about creating a space where healing, repair, and growth can happen.
That's why I'm passionate about love, relationships, and families. I understand how deeply our closest relationships shape us, and I believe everyone deserves a space to navigate life's hardest moments with support, honesty, and care.
My style is warm, empathetic, and real. Once trust is built, I'll walk alongside you through the uncomfortable places—because that's often where growth happens. And yes, I go to therapy too. I believe in this work enough to do it myself.
